Features
Exceptional rosé wine produced by Parés Baltà in the frame of the collection of Micro-cuvées. These are limited-production wines made of grapes from very small vineyards with special characteristics and microclimates, which are not produced every year.
After a 5-6 hour maceration, the wine is fermented and rests in stainless steel tanks for 3 months approximately.
Elegant, tasty and full bodied, very different rosé wine, almost red.
Color
Intense cherry colour with violet reflections. Clean and bright very attractive wine.
Nose
Very wide wine with lots of notes of fresh and ripe red fruit, berries, ripe black fruit, mixed with lots of sweet and hot spices and some subtle hint of herbs, which form a fresh and complex expression. At some point, some hints of candies are felt.
Flavour
Intense and broad, powerful attack. Good, creamy, meaty, fresh and very tasty mid palate. Very noticeable and abundant notes of fruit with many nuances. Excellent acidity that provides the wine with freshness. Long finish which leaves sweety sensations.
A great, elegant and inviting rosé wine.
