A rosé wine with character!
Color
Intense raspberry colour with delicate violet reflections. Very bright wine.
Nose
Intense and complex aromas. A good range of vegetables, herbal notes (with powerful aromas of anise) and mineral nuances are displayed on an intense balsamic background. These aromas are mixed with oustanding hints of fresh red fruit and subtle citrus.
Flavour
Tasty, dry, very fresh and bulky wine, with an amazing body. It has an unctuous palate full of expressive notes of fruit with balsamic, milky and herbal hints. Excellent acidity. Long and lingering finish, with a light touch of bitterness.
