Once more time, this rosé wine is released with a fresh Mediterranean style. This wine elaborated by Can Rafols del Caus in the area of the Massif del Garraf (within the DO Penedès), is the result of the hard work conducted on the land, according to the principles of organic farming.
It is made of a blend of different varieties. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a long fermentation.

Intense aromas with abundant notes of fresh and juicy red fruit, with very sweet nuances. A touch of candy is also felt on its subtle floral and herbal background. A perfectly harmonious wine.

The fruit continues to play the main role. Thanks to its excellent acidity, this sweet wine is very fresh. It has a smooth and creamy mid palate and a good finish.
