Features
New vintage of this rosé wine which has the structure of a red wine. It is elaborated according to ecological patterns with 100% Merlot from the winery's own vineyards. The grapes were manually harvested. It undergoes a 16-hour pellicular maceration. Only the free running must is used in its elaboration. It undergoes a 35-day fermentation before being bottled and resting for some time before being released to the market.

Pretty intense raspberry red colour with thin purple edges. Clean and bright wine.
Nose
Powerful wine, with very balanced and expressive frank aromas of flowers and abundant notes of fresh, ripe red fruit on a fresh herbal background.
Flavour
This powerful and full bodied rosé wine has a very tasty, fruity, fresh and very nice mid palate. Its marked but not unpleasant acidity freshens the wine. Its notes of juicy fruit are very expressive. It has a full-bodied and unctuous palate and a good, long finish that leaves fresh fruity sensations.
A round, elegant and very pleasant wine.
