Features

A different rosé wine made of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Merlot from a year marked by quite a hot weather which led to a late harvest. After a short maceration and fermentation with selected yeasts, it undergoes a partial malolactic fermentation and a 6-month ageing on its lees.

Color

Pale onion-skin colour. Clean and bright wine.

Nose

Good aromatic intensity dominated by the notes of fruit and some good creamy touches.

Flavour

Good and wide attack and a meaty, tasty and slightly oily mid palate. The fruit is still dominant but not explosive. Its balanced acidity gives it a lot of freshness and lightness. Good but not very persistent finish, with a bitter touch.
