Features
The Roigenc is a rosé wine from the Masia Esplanes vineyards, made from Syrah, with a maceration of about 8-12 hours and a subsequent fermentation at 15 º C. This is a powerful rosé wine with character.
Color
Bright and clean, deep red colour.
Nose
Elegant nose, with big notes of currant, red licorice, anise and even yellow fruit (Calanda peach). Wide and fresh.
Flavour
The palate is fresh, light and pleasant, with a restrained acidity and a good persistence. Without bitterness and with character. Greedy and unctuous.
