Features Quinta Sardonia Magnum 2077
Quinta Sardonia is an excellent red wine with one of the most complex and complete blends that we can be found nowadays on the market. This wine, which results of the wide study of the vineyards and the vines, evidences the careful selection of the grapes and the careful elaboration that it undergoes.
After a very selective manual harvest and a double selection of the grapes, the malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. The wine rests for 16 months in French oak barrels, 45% of which are new and 55% of first year. This wine is clarified with egg whites and slightly filtered.

Color
Intense dark cherry colour with violet edges. Bright and clean wine with dense tear.
Nose
Its very intense and complex aromas appear slowly and well mixed. Lots of notes of black fruits are released along with serious roasted aromas, good balsamic notes and lots of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, coconut, cocoa,...). Light floral notes and herbal hints are also noticed.
When it opens up, an explosion of aromas is released and the wine gains in expressiveness and complexity.
Flavour
Good, broad and embracing attack and a long mid palate with notes fruit and wood in harmony with the most intense creamy aromas. Very balanced wine with a tasty, serious, soft, velvety and dense palate. It shows perfectly integrated tannins and a long and persistent finish that leaves an aftertaste full of black fruit.
A very tasty and round wine.
