The grapes come from is made with our own vineyards and are harvested manually. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel, and remains in French oak for 5 months.

Red cherry in colour with violet tones.
Complex on the nose this wine displays aromas of red berries, citrus fruit, fig leaves and aromatic herbs.
In the mouth Barbazul is fresh and flavoursome with well balanced acidity and impressive structure leading to a persistent finish
