Features

100% Tinta de Toro range, from young vines (4 to 6 years) of the estate of Quinta de la Quietud. Organic farming and controlled yields of less than 3.000kg./ha.
40% of wine lies in tanks with micro-oxygenation. The remaining 60% lies 6 months in barrels (80% American oak and French oak 20%), half of the barrels are new and half are 2nd year.

Color

Guinda half bright and thin-layer garnets.

Nose

Vanilla, toast, licorice, toffee and ripe grapes.

Flavour

Well structured tannins resinous unpolished and spicy aftertaste.
