Features
This young wine, which belongs to the Matsu trilogy, represents the wine's youth and the strength and audacity of the youth.
It is produced according to the principles of biodinamic farming from almost century-old vineyards with a very low production. It is aged in wooden barrels for 3 months.
Despite being a young wine, it is tasty and has a great personality.
Color
High robe intense cherry colour with violet edges. Clean and bright.
Nose
Very fruity wine with notes of red fruit in the foreground which gain in complexity as its subtle floral notes emerge along with touches of vanilla on a slightly mineral background.
Flavour
Good and powerful, very nice attack. Red berries appear in the background as toasted aromas gain ground. Velvety and delicious mid palate. It shows slightly dry sweet tannins. Very good finish which leaves tasty and sweety sensations.
One of the best young wines from Toro.
