A wine that has won over the years become a great expression throughout Aragon wine.
Handpicked and night. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Traditional method of fermenting varieties separately in oak barrels (30%) and stainless steel conical tanks (70%). Maceration for 8 days to continue the malolactic fermentation. After assembly of the varieties and breeding of 8 months on its lees in French oak barrels daily battonage. We recommend decanting half hour before serving.

Cherry red with violet hues, very clean.
Nose
Rich in sensations. Appear fruity aromas, roasted in a wood, and well integrated.
Flavour
Strong varietal fruit and spicy nuances that contribute to wine quality and complexity.
