Manual double harvest in early September (day 15) with optimum ripeness, in the first harvest those clusters that do not meet the required quality were separated. Fermentation in French oak vats of 100 hl. at temperatures of 28 º to 30 º C for 8 days, malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels and during the aging, the wine remained in French and Hungarian oak casks for 13 months, completing a process of reduction of one year in bottle.
