Features
It is produced of grapes from a rare selection of vineyards according to the traditional procedures. After manual destemming, the raisin is put into American oak vats where it stays for a period of 6 months to allow fermentation and maceration. After 28-month ageing in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels with periodic gravity rackings, it is clarification with albumin. The wine rests in the bottle for at least 12 months.
Wine for ageing with a large storage capacity.

Intense, bright cherry red colour with garnet trims. High robe and dense tears.
