Features Beronia Reserva 2007

This Reserva wine is the best representative of the classic range of Beronia.
It is made of Rioja's typical varieties, manually harvested and very carefully processed. It undergoes a very slow malolactic fermentation. Before being placed into the barrels, the wine stays for a few months in vats. Then, it is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months with rackings every six months, and it is left to stay in the bottle for another 18 months.
Great ageing potential.
It is recommended to decant or oxygenate the wine for a while before consumption.

Tasting report Beronia Reserva 2007

Color

Intense cherry colour with very bright tile red trims. Well covered. Good and dense legs.

Nose

Intense and expressive magnificent notes of red fruit with notes of cream, bakery and sweet spices on an elegant background of refined wood (toasted, cocoa).

Flavour

Voluminous attack. Very tasty, warm and silky mid palate with presence of notes of red fruit. Good acidity that provides it with freshness. Equilibrado. Powerful and very well integrated tannins. Very nice, long and lingering finish.
A very elegant, sweet and balanced wine.
