Features
Elegant Crianza wine from La Rioja made of Tempranillo and a small percentage of local grape varieties. Grapes were selected grain by grain both in the vineyards and in the winery. After a long maceration in steel tanks, this wine was aged for 14 months in new French, American and Russian oak barrels from the Caucasus. The rest of the ageing took place in the bottle.
Color
Intense cherry red colour with ruby edges. Clean and bright wine with thin tears and a medium robe.
Nose
Its intense and juicy aromas of black fruit are accompanied by spicy notes, nice chocolates, coffee,... Its light toasted notes are wrapped with creamy notes. Good mineral background with a touch of scrubland herbs.
Flavour
Very nice wine with a wide attack that coats the palate with creamy toasted aromas and tasty notes of fruit. It has an unctuous mid palate with ripe tannins and a good acidity. It shows a very good and well balanced structure and a long and persistent finish that leaves fruity sensations and smoked notes.
A friendly and easy-drinking wine.
