Features Ébano 6 Roble 2011
The new vintage of this young red wine from the Ribera del Duero
which, unlike the last two, has only been aged for 4 months in French oak barrels, in order to best express the fruity character of the Tempranillo grapes with which it's made.
Tasting report Ébano 6 Roble 2011
A picota cherry colour with a violet rim and purple reflections. Clean and bright.
Medium-intensity. Powerful, ripe black fruit aromas stand out along with lightly toasted notes, spices and some herbal and balsamic touches.
Nice, bulky attack. Fresh on the palate with a good acidity. Medium-length finish with lots of fruit and toasted notes, more intense than in the nose.
Alcohol: 14 º
