Features Pingus 2006

Domingo de Pingus is a small winery located in the region of Burgos led by Peter Sisseck, which produces some of the most wanted and famous wines of Spain. The production is very low and is conducted traditionally, thus focusing on getting the best possible results.
The grapes come from old Tinta Fina vines grown in 5-hectare vineyards. The grapes are manually destemmed, selecting the ripest grapes of each bunch.
This wine goes through a completely natural fermentation which helps to preserve the aroma and the flavour of the grapes before being lodged into barrels, where the malolactic fermentation will be take place.
