Features

Pesquera Crianza 2009 is a pure reflection of the region of Ribera del Duero. A classic-style wine, made with destemmed grapes following a traditional winemaking process.
The 2009 vintage gave excellent results, which are reflected in the intensity of the fruit. After a long maceration with the skins, the wine rests for 18 months in American oak barrels. It is rounded out in the bottle for 6 months approximately.
It is recommended to aerate this wine 30 minutes before serving it.
This wine can be tasted now or stored in the cellar for the next 3-4 years, since it still has a long life ahead.
It is a distinctive, elegant, tasty and inviting wine from the Ribera del Duero.

Color

Intense cherry red colour with violet edges. Clean and bright wine, with a medium-high layer and abundant tears that stain the glass.

Nose

Very good aromatic intensity with marked notes of fruit. Its large load of fleshy, very expressive and intense ripe red fruit is released from the very beginning on a background of expressive notes of spices, fresch balsamic touches and delicate toasted aromas.

Flavour

Elegant, very tasty and very fresh wine, with a long silky mid palate full of expressive fruit mixed with cocoa, toffee and creamy elegant toasted aromas. It shows an excellent acidity and excellent tannins. Long, persistent and very nice finish.
