Tasting report Trio Infernal 2/3 2007
An intense picota cherry colour with violet reflections. Clean and bright. Abundant and dense tears show on the glass.
An intense nose, very representative of the authenticity of the region. Nice ripe fruit, balsamic, toasted, roasted notes and cocoa define this nose along with a deep mineral character.
Broad and bulky attack. High cocentration of fruit, noticeable, lively, enjoyale tannins and a very good acidity which adds depth and definition. Long and persistent finish.
Alcohol: 14 º
We recommend decanting before serving
