Features

A wine from Priorat  with a modern character, which shows the maximum expression of the licorella soils and the fresh fruit grown in the area. It is made of grapes from young Grenache and Carignan vines aged of 15-20 years. They are manueally selected and harvested. After a double selection in selection table, before and after being destemmed, the grapes undergo a separate winemaking process depending on the variety and the vineyard. This wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels of second year. It was bottled in May 2010 without a previous fining or filtration and stayed in the bottle for a few months.
It is recommended to decant this wine half an hour before serving it.
Production limited to 20,000 bottles.
An inviting wine. Very expressive, fresh and delicious.

Color

Intense cherry red colour with violet reflections. A clean and bright wine with a high layer and thin tears.

Nose

Fresh and intense aromas. Its very intense notes of red fruit (especially berries) appear on a mineral background along with fresh balsamic hints and subtle toasted and spicy aromas.

Flavour

Soft and very fresh attack and long and friendly mid palate full of fruity sensations. Very refreshing and perfectly balanced lively acidity. Well integrated sweet tannins. Long finish.
Its elegance, softness and freshness define this kind Priorat wine.
