Features
Years ago, Castillo Peralada successfully bet for producing wines of high expression in the Empordà. This same passion is what brought us to Priorat, one of the most respected designations of origin in Spain and the world and one of the few that are recognized to be Qualified Designation of Origin. After years of dedication to the farm and the winery, we are proud to present the result. Great Cruor is a modern red that claims to be among the most prestigious wines of Priorat.
Color
With a black cherry robe.
Nose
Intense wine, complex and concentrated on the nose. It unfolds a wide range of aromas with notes of Chinese ink, very mineral, spicy with creamy overtones.
Flavour
With a generous, fleshy and complex palate, a lingering taste with notable ripe tannins of considerable refinement. It is a well-structured, predominantly fruity wine, with a long and persistent finish.
