Features
Priorat red wine produced by Perelada. Made from vines planted in red slate and black slate. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% second year.
A very elegant and fine wine, a modern Priorat.
Color
Deep cherry colour. Brilliant.
Nose
Intense aromas with a generous load of red berries and black fruits with notes provided by the ageing (roasted, smoked and cocoa) and nuts. Mineral touches typical of the wine of this area.
Flavour
In the mouth, this is a round wine, with a smooth and tasty mid palate. Fresh acidity and fine tannins. Very balanced wine with a long and lingering finish and an aftertaste of strawberries and red fruits.
