One of the best examples of wines from Empordà
. It is produced in a crafted way from vines planted on the sheer coast with a strong influence of the sun and the Tramontana north wind and at just a few metres from the Mediterranean Sea. It is made according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The grapes were manually selected and harvested at a good maturity. Once destemmed, they went through a cold maceration. They were fermented and macerated in steel tanks. After a 15-month ageing in French oak barrels, it rested in the bottle for at least 12 months.

Intense, deep and bright maroon colour. A wine with a medium robe and elegant tears.
Its intense notes of ripe red and black fruits are mixed with many aromas of Mediterranean plants and hints of spices, which give way to creamy toasted aromas, notes of cocoa and subtle balsamic nuances. It has a marked mineral background.
A wine with intense notes of very fresh fruit which a good persistance over its long palate. Large, full-bodied wine with a silky texture, a balanced acidity and sweet integrated tannins. Long and very nice finish.
