Features

Hand harvested using 20 Kg boxes. Each sector of the vine yard was harvested twice or thrice. Fermented on the skins, with two daily battonages. Maceration: 32 days at 24ºC for Cabernet Sauvignon and 30 days at 26ºC for Syrah, with one daily battonage through out this period.

Color

Dark cherry color.

Nose

Combines floral notes with records of species and a final fine balsamic notes with aging.

Flavour

Flavor is very powerful and so while tasty, large and a lot of fresh fruit. Have a good balance and a large skeleton. The tannins, though present, are well integrated. This wine is rising, filling the palate of flavors, with a long final.

Its juiciness is provided by the Syrah, which enjoys enjoys a double insolation due to the reflection from the sea at the property Garbet. It is in roasts where the accompaniment is made of fresh wild mushrooms and plums, where it shows its ability to produce pleasure.
