Features Perelada Ex Ex 8 2006

The 2006 vintage provides a new EXceptional EXperience. It is made of Marselan, a variety that results from crossing the variety Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, planted in dark lands, with slate soils and with a great influence of the northern wind known as Tramontana.
It undergoes a malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels from Allier and Tronçais in which it stays for 16 months. This wine was bottled in July 2008 and stayed in the bottle for a minimum of 36 months.
It is recommended to decant this wine for an hour before serving it so that it opens up.
Very elegant and very tasty wine.

Tasting report Perelada Ex Ex 8 2006

Intense and deep cherry colour with maroon edges. Clean, bright red wine with elegant tears.

Powerful, complex and seductive aromas. Its intense aromas of grass, aromatic herbs and menthol give way to intense notes of ripe black fruit mixed with creamy notes of vanilla and cacao and good toasted aromas reminiscent of the oak.

Very intense and very tasty and sweet attack, with a long mid palate in which the notes felt are noticed again with a high expressiveness and a good balance. It shows a perfect acidity which, along with the balsamic notes and the hints of menthol, provide the wine with a great freshness. This wine has excellent tannins and a very long and persistent finish.
A great EXperience!
