Features
From a single payment, with a specific microclimate and environment, and old vines. Vintage selected in the vineyard itself. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in American oak barrels and then rests on its lees for three months. Finally, perform the aging in French oak barrels for 15 months.

Color
Pillory red teardrop dense and purple trim. Almost opaque.
Nose
Nose opens its aromatic palette with powder and marked aroma aromas minerals (graphite, slate, coal, ..) leading to a marked accent floral (violet) and fresh wild berries on a delicately earthy mineral railway extracted touches of thin wood assembled with the other flavors, leaving a very incipient perception of creaminess. Final Cut balsamic nose with mint and spearmint leave on bunches of aromatic woods mountain (thyme, lentiscus) and notes of fruit liqueur.
Flavour
In the mouth the wine is structured body formed with sweet tannin, good acidity and ripe fruit. Posgusto with notes of mint, liquorice and cocoa, which also appear in shades retronasal route.
