Features

Wine made from a selection of vines more than 60 years, planted in clay and limestone, with a high shale content. The fermentation is carried out at 30 degrees. The malolactic fermentation done entirely in American oak barrels and aged in American oak barrels and French, new and second year.

Color

Dark cherry color, high cape.

Nose

On the nose, initial presence of newly integrated leather aromas of black berries in jam, slight nuance of black licorice, green leaves with soil, spicy berries and forest preserves, which provide a pleasant end.

Flavour

In the mouth it is rich, oily, spicy (cocoa), with black fruit dipped in chocolate and licorice, with excellent pace and length, cassis and mineral notes with balsamic.
