Characteristics of Vallegarcía Viognier

Vallegarcía Viognier is a white wine from Castilla produced by the Pago Vallegarcía winery. Vallegarcía Viognier is, as its name suggests, a single varietal Viognier. The grapes come from vineyards planted at 850m altitude in the mountains of Toledo, in the area of the National Park of Cabañeros.

For its preparation, first, a maceration of the must is done at 8 ° C. Subsequently 80% of fermentation occurs in tanks at 15 ° C and 20% in barrels, the wine will be aged on its lees for about 6 months.

Finally, prior to marketing, Viognier Vallegarcía rests for 1 month in the bottle.

Tasting notes Vallegarcía Viognier

Sight Yellow with golden highlights. Clean and bright. Nose Medium to high intensity, aromas of stoned fruit with abundant notes of white flowers and some citrus and wood touches. Taste Good entry, with volume and rounded. Creamy and velvety. Glycerine with well-balanced acidity. Very long and persistent aftertaste.
Sight Pretty golden yellow color with some greenish reflections. Clean and bright, with abundant tears staining the glass. Nose Clear aromas of ripe white fruit prevail. Herbal touches, something spicy and elegant toasted notes complement an intense and very fragrant nose. Taste Good, bulky attack. This wine is elegant, unctuous and enveloping with strong fruity sensations. Well-structured, with good acidity. Long and persistent finish leaving nuances of pastries and fine toasted notes.
Sight Intense yellow colour with golden reflections. Very bright and clean wine with slow-falling glyceric tears. Nose Nuanced and intense aromas. The notes of stone, tropical and exotic fruit are fresh and juicy. They are released along with fragrant floral notes and fresh grassy hints and some touches provided during the ageing in oak: slightly spicy notes, creamy nuances, nuts and smoked touches. It has a background of subtle mellow and mineral notes. Taste Elegant, tasty, smooth, well structured, embracing and fresh wine with a wide attack. The aromas felt in the nose are back int he palate. Excellent acidity and a long and persistent finish. 
A wine to enjoy with the five senses. Very tasty.
Sight Attractive and bright gold color with green hues. Nose Intense and aromatic with notes of fruit, fresh herbs, white flowers and light notes of pastry.
Taste

Fresh and unctuous on the palate with structure and filling palate. Sensations appear tropical fruit, stone fruit, herbaceous, lactic and smoked. Elegant final with notes of wood.

Sight With attractive golden-green reflections. Nose Complex and elegant nose with sensations of exotic fruit, smoky, balsamic, spicy, notes of pastry and herbs. Taste Unctuous in the mouth with the right acidity and structured envelope. Marked by a long final notes of wood.
