Features

Great, excellent champagne. One of the most elegant and complex.
It is made only the years in which the harvest is excellent. The Chardonnay comes from three very old vineyards located in Mesnil sur Orge.
Limited production in magnum size.
A champagne that can still be stored for a long time and will improve over the years. It can be stored until 2030.

Color

Attractive pale yellow colour. Bright champagne with an abundant fizziness and an elegant collar of very fine bubbles.

Nose

Intense, elegant, seductive and powerful aromas. The chalk and minerality wrap this champagne all the time. Its notes of very fresh white fruit are released along with a touch of citrus and refreshing aromatic notes of white flowers, pastries and butter. Great background of toasted aromas and nuts (walnuts).

Flavour

Very good, smooth and very elegant attack in which the champagne coats the palate with fresh fruity sensations and elegant toasted aromas. They are all wrapped in a great creaminess while its strong minerality stays in the background. Excellent acidity that provides it with freshness. Very, very long finish which leaves hints of elegant toasted aromas.
A pleasure, a luxury! An elegant, powerful and mineral champagne.
