Features

This Blanc de Blancs by Michel Loriot is a varietal champagne made of Chardonnay from vines that account for no more than 10% of the winery's vineyards. Therefore, this is a limited production. As a vintage cava this sparkling wine is the result of a very rigorous selection of the best grapes from a single year.
Manually harvested grapes. Vinified in tanks where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Bottled in April and May.
Organic viticulture.

Color

Straw colour with golden reflections. Very bright and clean. Very thin continuous bubble.

Nose

Great range of aromas in which the notes of white flowers and citrus stand out elegantly.

Flavour

Intense and elegant champagne with a great elegance. Lively acidity. Light and tasty mid palate. Mineral notes that persist until the end.

Great champagne millésimé made of Chardonnay from a very small property in the Marne Valley, where Michel and Martine translate the terroir and their savoir-faire into wine in an excellent way. This is a delicate and unctuous champagne with a completely integrated fizziness and a balanced acidity which provides it with freshness. Surprising and original.
