Highly recommended for the fans of the "other" Champagne. Delicate sweetish apple aromas in our first approach to the nose and sweet touch of marshmallow (marshmallow) on an intense background with citrus scents! The palate is dominated by strong notes of banana toffee surprisingly balanced with the freshness of the skin of chinese tangerins. With its tasty attack this is an elegant champagne, refined in its evolution, and as this is noticed, it demands to keep it in the palate a few seconds before swallowing. Its 3.5 g per liter of expedition liquor helps defining a fresh and delicate profile. Regarding pairing, as with all sparkling complex wines, this fact is open to the consumer's imagination.
