Features
Champagne produced at the Maison Monmarthe Ludes located in the heart of the region of Reims. It is an independent winery that grows grapes to produce champagne since 1737. In 1930 they began to make their own champagne. So there are now six generations that have been investing all their passion and unique know-how in the elaboration of this champagne.
Made of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, half white and half black.
Color
Golden yellow, clean and bright. Fine and continuous bubbles.
Nose
Complex aromas that emerge step by step. At the beginning a variety of fruit flavours (green apples, grapefruit, pear, peach) are noticed along with some sweet hints of quince and honey and finally, aromas of yeast and nuts (toasted hazelnuts) are perceived.
Flavour
Complex, persistent, and very balanced flavours. Rich acidity that provides it with freshness. Very elegant and refined champagne.
