Expression of the philosophy Recaredo. Cava light and very fine. Nose dominate balsamic tones and ripe fruit, surrounded by a great host. The citrus fruits prevail in a mouth very fresh and alive, while serious and structured.

In my opinion, this is one of the best cavas in Catalonia and in Spain. It is the one that we have always had at home since I remember... This cava is the perfect match for everything, whether it is a snack, a starter or a dessert. If possible I would taste it with fresh grilled prawns from Palamos...
