Features

Elizabeth is the daughter of Manuel Raventos and this cava is a tribute to her.
Cava made from Chardonnay Xarel.lo and with a touch of Mourvèdre which gives it an original and elegant. 40 months of aging.
Limited production 23,000 bottles.

Color

Bright golden yellow. Thin perlage which forms a small crown on the surface.

Nose

Serious and complex, with strong varietal notes of ripe white fruits and citrus, white flowers and herbal touches along with the notes provided by the oak (nuts, butter and toasted).

Flavour

Strong attack. Good and refreshing acidity. Well integrated bubbles. Very nice and creamy mid palate, with varietal hints. Very elegant cava.
