Features
Made of grapes from old Xarel·lo vines over 70 years, located in the estate of Santa Susana, in the Parque Natural del Garraf. In the preparation of the cuvée a partial fermentation in oak barrels of 300 liters is made. Aged in the gloom of the cellar at 27 to 30 months. Manual removal of the bottles on desks classic cement.
Color
Pale yellow limpid and elegant appearance.
Nose
We found aromas of nuts with a very thin end of towers and cigars.
Flavour
Very delicate and very thin in the mouth.
