Features

Made from the first qualities of the must of selected grapes of the Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, vineyards cultivated in the most qualified properties of the Alt Penedès.

Color

Its color is golden yellow, which stand on their thin, effervescent bubbles that rise in a rhythmic, forming beautiful strands that form a stable crown.

Nose

The aroma is pleasant and intense. At first light evokes fleshy fruit notes and a light floral background. After a short time, complexity grows and appear light notes of toast.

Flavour

In the mouth it is very nice. Its effervescence is vibrant, which together with its mild acidity gives this Cava a nice creaminess and freshness.

Creates an environment of fruitiness, which include those known as "bone fruits", always mature, such as pineapple and apricots. These are accompanied by memories of pastries, nuts, roasted almonds and candies displayed in the mouth delicious, large, with fine and very integrated bubbles (which gives it great freshness) and the right touch of sweetness that makes it desirable to any type of consumer.
