Cava made by the smallest sant Sadurní d'Anoia winery. Pur cava craft tradition for which as its name suggests it does not add sugar, resulting in one of the driest champagne market.
Bright straw gold color and a bubble of slow rise and reduced size, reflects the quality of their blend and 4 years of aging. The nose points fruit flavors that finish with slightly toasted and balsamic notes. The mouthfeel is balanced champagne, fine, intense broad and balanced, very personal.
