Features

It is the smallest winery Sadurní d'Anoia Sant. Pure craft tradition that is reflected in the limited production (60,000 bottles). The bottles are hand-number.
El Paso de Sucre name is given because they add no sugar, resulting in one of the driest champagnes.

Color

The bubble of slow ascent and small size, string type, reflects the quality of the blend and the childbearing years. Bright golden straw.

Nose

We find the uniqueness of the fruit aroma that culminates in lightly toasted and balsamic notes.

Flavour

Cava is a large complex that leads to a set fine, intense and very personal. Comprehensive and balanced.

Cava made by the smallest sant Sadurní d'Anoia winery. Pur cava craft tradition for which as its name suggests it does not add sugar, resulting in one of the driest champagne market.
Bright straw gold color and a bubble of slow rise and reduced size, reflects the quality of their blend and 4 years of aging. The nose points fruit flavors that finish with slightly toasted and balsamic notes. The mouthfeel is balanced champagne, fine, intense broad and balanced, very personal.
