Features
With grapes from their own farms, this cava is presented as a faithful reflection of this wine: elegant. Since 1982 Gonzalez Byass family enters, the renovation has been complete.
Color
It has a bright color pale golden yellow with a good evolution of persistent fine bubbles that form in the glass beads.
Nose
The nose displays a range fruity, with hints of pear and green apple with notes of toasted background of his upbringing.
Flavour
It has a creamy entry, highlighting its good structure, with its deep feeling of freshness and body of its long aging. Feelings of fruit crops with a light touch.
