Features
A very personal cava, made in the traditional way it is made of Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes from hundred-year-old vineyards. It is fermented in 300 l American oak barrels where it stays for 5 months on its lees. Once the blend is made, the cava rests for 60 months more.
Manual disgorgement. The date of disgorgement is shown on the bottle.
Production limited to 907 bottles.
A pleasure of a cava!
Color
Bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Cava with thin bubbles that form a subtle bubble chain that slowly forms a thin crown on the surface.
Nose
Intense aromas in which the notes provided by the oak nuance the aromas of white fruit that are found in the background. Wine with many creamy notes, aromas of nuts (walnuts and hazelnuts), vanilla and toasted hints. Very elegant.
Flavour
Very elegant cava with a good attack and a very thin and integrated fizziness. It is very rich in nuances. Creamy, meaty and embracing palate with a good acidity. Its persistant finish leaves an aftertaste full of nuts, toasted notes and subtle mineral hints.
