This cava has been prepared by the traditional method. Aged in cellars at a constant temperature of 16 º C. Subsequently it has been manually cleared in desks. Manual disgorgement and the date of the transaction is printed on the label against the bottle. Product quality will be optimal for the eighteen months of its disgorgement.
