The hold control of 18 acres of small vineyards of more than thirty years, pruned by the glass. Some of them are located at the end of Santa Cruz in the municipality of La Horra, with conditions of altitude, climate and soil only in the Ribera del Duero. Care of their vineyards by traditional methods and environmentally friendly, obtaining higher yields not to 2,500 kgs per hectare. The harvest is programmed according to the optimal ripening. Only meticulous work in which nothing is left to chance, to extract the maximum expression of tempranillo, variety par excellence in the area.
