In the year 1991 Dr. in Chemistry and winemaker, Bioenos S.L. CEO, Dr. José García developed the grape variety "Crespiello" for which he was entirely unknown. With skepticism and disbelief of many winemakers in the area, began the journey of recovery, creating an original and surprising wine.
