In desiertovina-329 with a total of 40 acres, our vineyards are split between different sites located near the Natural Park of the Royal Bardenas , sharing types of terrain and climate in this extraordinary desert (the largest in Europe): soil clayey-calcareous shallow humic content and low, irregular and low rainfall (350 l/m2 year) and strong contrasts in temperature between day and night (15º). Due to these unique conditions dwellers, unique in Navarre, our vineyards offer a low-yield production of grains and very often with high concentration and a perfect balance. Furthermore, we cultivate our vineyards in a natural way, ie without using pesticides, insecticides or chemical fertilizers. A good wine starts in the vineyard.
