Adegas Valmiñor

Inside the Rias Baixas Designation of Origin, Adegas Valmiñor is located in the O Rosal valley. A mild climate with large temperature fluctuations, a wealth of mineral soils and excellent ripening conditions, make this valley the ideal place for growing high-quality varieties such as Albariño, Loureiro and the treixadura, from which we make our wines. Harvest Adegas Valmiñor, through its subsidiary Agro Valmiñor collaborates with a group of winegrowers 200 assigned to the DO Rias Baixas and selected as their vines age, size and orientation of land and mineral composition of the same. The Bodega Adegas Valmiñor target is to produce and market wines from the DO Rias Baixas uan separately and with a maximum clear: respect for tradition combined with the latest technology. This perfect marriage has managed to hold our place as a reference in the DO Rias Baixas.
