Priorat is crafts and tradition, old and strong vines that grow deep inside the province of Tarragona, on steep slopes and slate terraces of low fertility and very difficult to culture.
This area enjoys a mild and dry weather, much cooler than on the coast of Tarragona.
From Mazuela and Garnacha varieties, wisely mixed, are born those garnet, robust Priorat red wines, of dense and rich flavours and intense aromas. Some examples of these wines, with great extraction, are Les Terrasses or Trio Infernal 1/3.
Along with these red and white wines, the tradition has endured those other stale wines, slowly aged in barrels, loaded with personality and rich in sensations.
