Xarel·lo

The Xarel.lo is a variety of sweet white grape cluster, small and balanced, smooth and tasty. Compact, spherical grain and medium thick skin. It is a variety with its own life of Penedes and Tarragona Camp, used for the production of cava, along with Macabeo and Parellada varieties. The Xarel.lo cava brings to the body and structure. The wine made from this grape is often aromatic. Xarel.lo The name comes from the Italian Chiarello, which means "claret." Other names used to call it are: pansa white, pansa Valencia, Panser, Premsal blanc or moll, palop.
