Is a white grape, Verdejo, considered native of Rueda, planted there by the Mozarabic. This is a high quality grape. The vine is vigorous and trunk horizontal size. Berries small to medium-sized, generally spherical or elliptical short and yellow, their seeds tend to be rather large, pointing to the light when looking at the grapes. This is usually alone, single-varietal wines. It produces very aromatic wine, with soft bodies and glycerol. Good acidity and characteristic bitter taste. It is also called: White Button Gallo, Gouveia, Verdejo, Verdelho.
