Francisco Romero, born in Valencia in 1969 studied for several years to obtain the title of Sommelier at the University of Barcelona. In 2005 he was awarded the title of Best Sommelier in the province of Alicante in the Nariz de Oro Competition, after being finalist for this province. He has participated in numerous tastings, exhibitions and presentations. Since 1987, he works at the restaurant Casa Pepa in Ondara (Alicante), which has been awarded a Michelin Star and a Repsol Sun in 2010.
