Francesc Condal Mill is the owner and director of his own company, Francesc Condal Private Catering. He resides in London since 2005 and has worked in all kinds of events since his arrival to the capital of the UK. He started cooking at London Fashion Week, he has worked under the command of chef Gordon Ramsey and for the Formula 1 McLaren team, among the most outstanding. In 2009, he started his own catering business in the UK, cooking for all kind of "Celebrities", which he combines with his work in the summer in the Costa Brava, Balearic Islands, Monaco and Sardinia. Among his customers, we can highlight names such as Claudia Schiffer, Didier Drogba, Linda Ashley, and other not as known in Spain.

In Spain, he previously worked in two of the most prestigious hotels which belong to the Relais & Chateaux group: Mas de Torrent in Girona and Cala Sant Vicenç in Mallorca. He also worked at the three-Michelin-star restaurant, El Celler de Can Rosa. He has also gone through other Michelin-starred restaurants such as the restaurant Can Bosch in Cambrils (Tarragona) and the restaurant Can Jubany in Calldetenes, Vic (Barcelona).

For me, this is one of the best wines made in Costers del Segre. Easy drinking wine that can be served with lot of foods. I would pair it with grilled turbot with wild mushrooms and a juice of chorizo ibérico.

For me, this is one of the best wines made in Costers del Segre. Easy drinking wine that can be served with lot of foods. I would pair it with grilled turbot with wild mushrooms and a juice of chorizo ibérico.



It is a very fruity and fresh wine that could match any fish or seafood dish. In my case, I would pair it with a potato foam, with laminated black truffles and croutons.
