Characteristics of Palo Cortado Península

From the sunny lands of Jerez de la Frontera is born this Palo Cortado Peninsula, a very dry wine (only 4.7 grams of residual sugar), bred by the traditional method of aging Jerez, "criaderas and sills".

This is a fruity and lucky wine, with good judgment and intuition by the winemaker. A wine that combines the finesse of amontillado, but at the same time, with potency in the mouth.

Sight

Coppery amber colour. Clean and bright. Good tear

Nose Broad and intense nose, dominated by notes of dried fruit, toast and some saline minerals. Taste

The palate is powerful and marked with liquorice. Sharp acidity. Salinity is marked all the way. Very long finish.
